3 INVITATIONS
What I learned from Stefan Sagmeister

- A set of headmask
- A book
- A ticket
- A video

As a tribute to the influence of Stefan Sagmeister, I turned the assignment into an opportunity for artistic expression. The project utilizes different forms of media, combining graphic design with performance art and multimedia immersive elements.

Sagmeister's philosophy of "pushing ideas until they breathe" is embodied through the head masks of three. The front of the head masks is printed from a subway poster series “Take It On” that the sagmeister team created for SVA, while the back bears these three sentences:
“Turning assignments into opportunities to make art.“
“Push an idea until it's alive.”
“Being an art director feels like a Magician.”

The masks are accompanied by a book and a ticket documenting the creative journey. The main visual is a personalized alphabet shaped by the physical form.

The project is accompanied by a video that blends the physical product, the creative process, and performance art to dynamically summarize the journey. It's all about pushing ideas until they become vibrant, living art forms.
